Supporting American Manufacturers as well as local business is something we all agree is a good thing, and something we should all aspire to do whenever possible.
But, current business practices make these idealistic goals nearly impossible to follow through on.
We recently needed to acquire a set of simple camshaft bushings for a common Harley Davidson engine.
When the guy working the parts counter gave us the price on a set of four of these bushings, we thought he had made a drastic mistake, but we were wrong!
