My Surface Pro 4 developed this fault near the end of my warranty period: the screen image shakes up and down at high speed. It does not seem to happen when things are moving onscreen, but after about 2 1/2 seconds of inactivity it returns. Performed full reset on suggestion of Microsoft support, but it reoccurred even during the Windows reinstall process.
