Well, MeTV Toons has started airing "The Magilla Gorilla Show", the sparking new high-definition restoration. To my surprise, at the end of the closing credits, they even retained the original Screen Gems logo with announcer! Sure, it was shortened a little, but even so, it's amazing to see it intact, especially since Sony/Columbia doesn't own the pre-1967 Hanna-Barbera shows anymore, and Warner Bros. has been known to be pretty plaster-happy when it comes to old logos (but at least not as bad as Sony Pictures Television!) Sometimes MeTV Toons and the recent WB restorations can be just full of surprises...
