Screen Australia streamlines Narrative Content Funding Programs to help future-proof the sector.
Taking effect from 1 July 2025, the updates were announced by Screen Australia Chair Michael Ebeid AM, forming a key part of the agency’s new strategic direction.
On Wednesday 28 May 2025, Head of Narrative Content Louise Gough hosted a webinar to provide further detail on the updates and answer questions. All guidelines, application forms and templates and FAQs, will be released on 1 July. Eligibility requirements for the updated Narrative Content programs will remain the same as the those in the previous programs.
