Ocean Jewel from Bella Beaute Bar is a beautiful palette with some of my favourite eyeshadow colours but, for some reason, I'm just not particularly drawn to it. Though this isn't one I want to get myself, I still wanted to do a Scratch that Itch in case anyone was curious what other palettes they might already have were similar. I based my looks on the ones @AngelicaNyqvist did in her first impressions video linked below. In this case, I've used Divination from @blendbunnycosmetics x @RobertWelsh. The results may surprise you!
