SCRATCH BUILT ! Radio Controlled (RC) Avro Lincoln Bomber built and flown by Mike Roach

This is Mike's Avro Lincoln, modded from the Ivan Pettigrew Lancaster plan. Span is 120", weighs about 9lbs, balsa build, the usual controls but no flaps because they are so complicated on the full size ! The canopy and rear gunner's turret are from Sarik but the other greenhouses are his own, via Vortex Vacuforms. Markings from Callie Graphics. Four motors, can't remember the size, but 12" props. Two 3s 5000 batteries, one for the inners, one for the outers. Flight time...15 minutes ? 6 hours in the air so far !
