I found a new Etsy shop last week while searching the Internet for images for an older collection from Carta Bella. Jacqui is the owner of 365Scrapbooking (etsy.com/shop/365Scrapbooking) and she is based out of Sacramento, CA. She has a 25% off special on all her loose scrapbook papers for the entire month of February. Shipping is free if you order $35 or more.
