Today, we are diving into one of my favorite ways to jumpstart creativity—using a scrapbook layout sketch! And not just any sketch—we’re taking a single page sketch and turning it into so much more.
In this video, I’ll be showing you how to take that single scrapbook layout sketch and use it in three different ways. We’ll end up with three themed layouts, three companion page ideas, and a total of six scrapbook pages—all inspired by just one single page sketch!
This video is part of a YouTube Sketch Hop Collaboration with seven other creative friends, each bringing their own unique paper crafting style to the same sketch. We do this sketch hop on the second Friday of every month, and it’s such a fun and inspiring way to stretch your supplies and your creativity.
The featured collections I’ll be working with today include the Celebratory Sips designer series paper and sticker sheet, the Weekend Adventure designer series paper and sticker sheet, and the Florals in Bloom designer series paper and sticker sheet. I’m so excited to document memories from three different occasions and themes, all starting with a single, simple scrapbook layout sketch.
