Scrap Raptor has the effect to search for a non-tuner "Scrap" Monster when its destroyed. And with how ygo works with cards searching cards from an archetype, they basically check the name of the card for the exact words in that card, and because of this, technically Raviel, Lord of Phantasms - Shimmering Scraper is a viable target to be searched with Scrap Raptor, even though it is not intended to. However, not in the OCG, where its name is Raviel, Lord of Phantasms - Heaven-Crushing Fist. You see, sometimes when they localize a name, they accidently make it part of an archtype, as you can see with the crazy amount of exceptions in Arsenal Summoner with it searching a guardian monster. But konami doesnt print exceptions into card searchers anymore. They just change the name of cards, like in the case of Vampire Koala being changed to Vampirc Koala, so it cant benefit from new vampire support. But Raviel has no such changes or erratums, and was just left alone to be a legal search target for Scrap Raptor.
