I’m live in downtown Scranton, Pennsylvania during the early setup hours for the Scrantastic Spectacular fireworks celebration. It’s currently mid-morning, and the city is still in preparation mode—no crowds yet, just crews working, stages being built, barricades going up, and vendors slowly arriving.
This is a behind-the-scenes walking livestream showing what most people never see: the transformation of Courthouse Square hours before thousands of people arrive for tonight’s big fireworks show.
