a. Review of Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan for Copacabana. Glamping Complex, Morgan Highway. HC Zone

b. Review of Land Development Plan for the Wright Center to construct a new 4430 SF Medical Office at 1721 N Main Ave. N Zone

3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Review of Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan for the construction of a warehouse facility on a parcel located on a 56.86-acre parcel located between Boulevard Avenue and Olyphant Avenue, south
of Interstate 81. The proposed improvements for construction are two warehouse facilities totaling 495,274 square feet, car and truck parking facilities and associated storm water conveyance and
infiltration facilities.

b. Review of Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan for the development of 14 Apartments with. 4000 SF of office space and 4000 SF of Retail space at 1800 N Washington Ave as part of the. redevelopment of the former State School for the Deaf site.
