Literally just saw this a few minutes before I typed this text.

I noticed the POTA New & Reviews website, POTA.news, has released the official rules for their POTA PAck Mule award.

I think this is such a good idea and I like some of the rules. So, let me read you their website and discuss why I think this is such a great concept.
