Back in the day when the Lich King lost his power a group of undead broke free and became the forsaken. Now there is no lich king or any figure controlling the scourge which is still powerful in Northrend so what is stopping another group from breaking free and becoming friendly? A lot of the new scourge are just our armies from wrath, we know the undead blood elves the san'layn are still there as well. Interestingly enough the void recently started controlling the scourge and Denathrius may be trying to take over. What is to stop another group of undead from becoming the new forsaken, could this new group become neutral, friendly, could these undead elves be a part of the elven reunion or could they just join the forsaken with Sylvanas being relevant again. Let's look at all the lore we know and the hints.
