In this science lesson, kids learn about scorpions and explore important animal facts and anatomy.
In this video, I share that scorpions are arachnids and that they are in the same animal group as spiders! I talk about the pincers, tail and stinger. Then I explain how they have an exoskeleton and what that means. I teach about where they are found, what they eat, and even a special glowing ability they have when you shine UV light on them!
This lesson is designed for elementary students and is great for classrooms, homeschooling, and independent learning. I hope your student(s) find this video informative and fun!

![Social Studies Lessons for Kids | Landmarks and Economics
In this replay of my social studies livestream, I explore exciting elementary social studies topics — including famous landmarks and places around the world and economics!
In the first part of the video, youll learn about some amazing famous places and landmarks from around the world. Then, as the lesson continues, we move into economics and learn about important ideas like money, goods and services, and producers and consumers. If you already understand some of these topics, it will still be a great review! As the lesson continues, we’ll build on those ideas so that by the end you’ll have a bigger picture of how social studies helps us understand the world.
This long-form lesson is perfect for review, extra practice, or learning new social studies concepts step by step.
Thank you patrons for your kind support of my channel!
