As of late 2016, the SCO vs. IBM case under review at the US Court of Appeal Tenth Circuit. Oral arguments were held on 03-03-2017 before Circuit Judges Paul Joseph Kelly Jr., David M. Ebel, Robert E. Bacharach and judgment is expected sometime in mid-late 2017.
