For the first time, we're releasing test footage shot for the unmade second series of Space Precinct.
Following the completion of Series 1 in April 1995, director John Needham filmed this test sequence featuring Jerome Willis as Captain Podly. The purpose was to explore whether additional episodes could be produced on a reduced budget.
Ultimately, the project did not proceed, and this footage has remained in the archive for three decades.
