Back in the mid to early late nineties the SciFi Channel was already experimenting with creating weekend night themes for their programming. Thus the "Weekend of Wonder" was born and Saturday nights took us to the Dimension of Imagination where we were treated to scifi films like Invisible and SciFi Channel Original Films like New Eden to pacify our time in the strange realm.
