Wassup! When I was in Italy writing White Noise I also did some hiking. While driving to one of the hikes I missed a highway exit and added 25 minutes to my trip. Initially I was a frustrated. After a bit, however, I realized that I had gifted myself extra time to listen to music while driving down a nice road. A little perspective shift! Enjoy (:
