How to use this binaural frequency track?
Being out of the audible range (20Hz to 20KHz), this frequency can not heard by our ears, and most of the speakers do not have any response in this frequency range. So, in-order for our ears to hear recognise this frequency, we need to convert this to binaural audio. In binaural audio, we have one base audible frequency coming from one speaker (f), and another frequency (f+7.83Hz) coming from another speaker. This does something amazing to our brains. It combines these to frequencies to generate 7.83Hz, a deep rhythm which our ears, brain and body can recognise/feel. We recommend wearing headphones for this binaural audio program.
