Scatterbrained:

Verse 1:
I've got 100 little boxes filled with
100 different reasons I should go
The only problem is these boxes are all
Wrapped up and tightly tied up with a bow
And I've been searching for an answer but
Every time I fin solutions they are wrong
The only way that I have found, to keep
My feet on solid ground is through song

With an old guitar
But I think I like things
Just the way they are

Verse 2:
I've got a journal full of thoughts that
I've been writing in since late 2002
And with this poem as my antidote
I will seal it in an envelope for you
It might be hard to read the poetry
'Cause it's written in calligraphy you'll find
It may be riddled with mistakes bu that's
A risk I'll have to take to make you mine

Only human hence these random thoughts
It's in our nature to be scared and sometimes
We feel ill-prepared and overwrought
