This was either very popular or incredibly wrong-headed, I guess depending on who you are. The littlest trick-or-treaters were legitimately VERY scared by this guy. Even the promise of candy kept some of them waiting far below the step, having to be coaxed by me and their parents to come forward and get their treats!
