Here's how to make blocks run away if you get to close.

the Command I used:
/summon FallingSand ~0 ~2 ~0 {Time:1,TileID:5,Data:4,Riding:{id:Ozelot,ActiveEffects:[{Id:14,Duration:2000000,Ambient:1}]}}
