What's up horror fiends and book lovers?

This channel has always been dedicated to horror literature and mental health, and today I want to dive into why these two things go hand in hand. Scare-apy is a series I do focusing entirely on the benefits of consuming horror media to improve one's mental health. I will be speaking on topics from my own personal experiences as well as academic findings pertaining to the therapeutic nature of horror media. I am not a doctor, just a huge horror fan who has seen my own mental health improve as I've gotten further and further invested in the genre.

Today's video will be focusing on a very controversial topic in the horror world, with special emphasis on the writing styles of Nick Cutter.
