Scaramouche is the son of the radien shogun and he plays a big roll in the archon story line in genshin impact new update 3.2 Sumeru , we learn alot about him in this update but not everything have been shared with us yet and he have a good screen time as well , sadly he's is not playable yet

Scaramouche, also known as Kunikuzushi (Japanese: 国崩 lit. "Country Destroyer")[7][8] or by his codename "Balladeer," is the Sixth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers and one of Genshin Impact's antagonists.

Scaramouche first appeared during the Unreconciled Stars event. He is encountered again in the Archon Quest Delusion during Chapter II and then again in the Archon Quest Dreams, Emptiness, Deception.
