The advantage of utilizting the Scan-to-BIM workflows is that the resulting model can be utilized for many different purposes. This video (lnkd.in/eN4u5q26) shows a water plant and how its assets can be viewed in #AR. The same model can be accessed remotely from first-person and third-person views with Microsoft HoloLens and the vGIS AR app.
