Version 11.5 Changelog:
-Fixed the soundref shenanigans SCS did to new V8 engines
-Updated the NG sound with new SCS samples
-Old gen engines got a huge sample rebuild
-Euro 6 and Euro 5 EEV engines in 6 Series sounds are now back
-Lots of minor adjustments here and there
