In today's video we look at Scan's new, unified remote monitoring service for NVIDIA PODs that run with PNY storage solutions.
This is a service designed to offer a centralised, one stop solution for A.I. configurations which are often isolated self-contained and edge based unlike an average IT infrastructure which usually has a team focused on keeping things running smoothly with a full range of tools, equipment and the time to keep an eye on everything.
Now, without investing any dedicated resource or time, you can have a full Professional Services Monitoring Solution for your AI infrastructure
which will analyse your usage and status, sending this information to a dedicated support resource who will notify you if required and send alerts should there be a failure. We'll also determine if you need a specialist engineer and gather analytical information to help pre-empt potential future issues.
