In this video I share how to do this really pretty crochet scallop using granny clusters.
There is a free written pattern and diagram for this pattern but please watch the end of the video to see the corrections to it before you use it. There is a mistake in it that will affect the whole look of it.

This is a 4 row repeat pattern. Use Rows 3-6 for your repeat to build your project.
