In this session, participants will explore the topic of scaling local food systems and learn about how rules and regulations can impact local food ventures. Key points include: systems thinking about the move from direct to wholesale marketing; transportation challenges in reaching wholesale markets; rules and regulations beyond food safety: insurance, customer requirements, growing practices and more.
