Welcome to "INBETWEEN" by SCAD fashion alum Wiaam Sabi.
Born and raised in Morocco, Wiaam Sabi (B.F.A., fashion, 2026) wove together her experience existing between cultures to develop her senior collection. Navigating different identities, traditions, and senses of belonging, Wiaam’s inspiration comes from the many communities that shape Morocco’s rich cultural diversity.
Soccer plays a central role in the collection, reflecting Morocco’s deep-rooted connection to the sport and its ability to unite demographics. Through technical fabrications and athletic design references, "INBETWEEN" pays tribute to the sporty influence, while a color palette inspired by Moroccan symbolism and Wiaam’s personal memories grounds the collection in cultural identity and lived textures.
