Scace of Lost In Time brings us a self made production featuring gameplay from every Halo available on the Master Chief Collection. There wasn’t a whole lot on the editing front, which can be a deterrent because he chose a song with a lot of style. But it’s always good to see editors investing in their own gameplay and working hard to do it themselves. The concept of the video is novel and remains prominent throughout it’s entirety which is a plus. The layout of the video is a little uneven, with a fairly short body and a long credit section. Overall, there’s nothing new here on the editing front but the simplicity works with the clips used.
The Gameplay ranges in this, with the top tier featuring some very smooth and clean sniping. Conversely the bottom tier features a couple clips that just didn’t fit with everything else. Of all the games, the CE gameplay is the strongest and showcases a variety of clip types (Look out for the portal prediction rocket on Hyena). There were also a couple strong halo 2 clips in here including a solid jumping headshot team tac on turf. Excluding the bottom end, the gameplay is very respectable, and overall this is a solid watch for any player who enjoys multi-halo videos.
