It may be possible to get up to the very top at once, but you need at least ~500 speed to do it. I've tried, but once Mario Z C^s, he'll launch 1 frame into the water and then start swimming again. Thought of doing 1 wall kick, but the same problem occurs. Couldn't get Mario to the other side so I could Z C^ there to wallkick because he won't go in without losing alot of speed. I had -470 btw.

Hehe, hope any of you guys noticed the star counter, it keeps raising every star. I may be working on a 103 star TAS (100%) for this. :3

This didnt take long to TAS, only about ~3 hours. I planned out the route which made it more easier, and I can shave off a few seconds if I find a new route for climbing the tower. :D
