Sam Bankman-Fried's second trial originally scheduled for March 2024 has suddenly been dropped by the US Government in a letter to Judge Lewis Kaplan last Friday charging Sam with bribing foreign Chinese government officials and for his political donations and campaign finance violations. Rumors are swirling that this is a massive political cover up to protect Democrats since SBF donated to many Democratic politicians and also admitted on a phone call that he donated money dark to Republicans. Discussing the conspiracy theory and the issues with the Bahamas US extradition treaty and the rule of specialty since the Bahamas did NOT consent to these charges moving forward in trial. Is this a miscarriage of Justice??
SBF is currently in jail at MDC Brooklyn awaiting his sentencing in March 2024.
