Here is a video showing off Senua's Saga Hellblade 2 without the Black Bars and showing the game in a Full Screen Format here is how you do this on Steam.

Go to this path ( use RUN)
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Hellblade2\Saved\Config\Windows\

Find engine.ini file and open it and paste the following at the bottom than Save

[SystemSettings]
r.NT.AllowAspectRatioHorizontalExtension=0
r.NT.EnableConstrainAspectRatio=0
