Saxon Panchik has had a front-row seat to the evolution of CrossFit athletes, watching his big brother Scott and other athletes of that generation remain competitive well into their mid- to late-thirties. And at 28, he’s excited to continue in their footsteps.
Having just qualified for his sixth CrossFit Games, Panchik chats with Dave Castro about his past Games experiences, the 2018 Marathon Row event, and the utility of benchmark workouts.
