One of the upgrades I was unsure about at first on my new sawmill was the inclusion of setworks. I had no prior experience using a computer setworks on a sawmill and I initially wasn't sure whether I would like using it as I was used to a standard sawmill scale. I am now sold on the idea of setworks like my Mikron Computer Setworks as a must-have addition to a sawmill where available. I no longer have to calculate the next cut height and can focus on smooth and efficient log loading and lumber unloading while a press-of-a-button does the hard math work.
