Those clock capacitors are bad news. For versions 1.0 to 1.5 of the Xbox, they can leak and cause damage to other components or even eat through your motherboard. I'm going to show you how to remove it without any special tools or even having to desolder anything.
Note: Doing this will probably save your system, but you'll also have to manually input the time and date whenever you boot up. Also, you probably should not do this if you have a 1.6 Xbox.
