Okay, I have a new sewing room hyperfixation and I am not even sorry about it. 🧵✨
Today I’m showing you how to make the cutest Great Granny Square quilt block, and it is such a fun, beginner-friendly scrap project. If you have little leftover fabric pieces hanging around and you never know what to do with them, THIS is your sign to save them.
One of my favorite things about this block is that it comes together in about 30 minutes once you get the hang of it, so it’s the perfect project for those little pockets of time when you need a creative break. There is something so satisfying about taking scraps that might have been forgotten and turning them into something beautiful.
And if your seams don’t line up perfectly, hear me when I say… it is okay. Truly. Quilting is supposed to be fun, not stressful. No quilt police over here. 💛
