1. Start Local Liquor Store.
2. Get onmission=0
3. Kill all thiefs to spawn briefcases on map.
4. Start LS Courier.
5. Save and Load.
// Saving before starting LS Courier to avoid permanent blips is not possible becouse it fails LLS for Catalina being dead.
// You can place Briefcase anywhere on map by destroying thief Quad and having him follow you around to desired place and then killing him there.

Start mission that has checkpoint_save in it.
Get onmission=0.
Start date.
Go into the marker that makes checkpoint_save.
Change name of file from GTASAsf10.b to (For example): GTASAsf1.b
Load that save.
Fail the mission.
Save the game with Normal save.
Load the save.
Start date*.
Fail date.
Save the game again.
Load the save.
*To unglitch non enterable interiors - Black screen when you enter interior.
Same thing can be done to enable Dance Floor icon.
