*NOTE* This fix is for an ideal situation where only 1 esc (possibly more) stops working without major physical damage to the entire board. Replacing broken chips and resistors would be ideal, but this is much easier and should save you $40+ from a new esc. Obviously some things are irreparable however, but cases like this esc are fairly common.
