I didn't add any commentary into this video so here it is. The public lobby was open 24/7, which is why it was still open even though the records clerk left early that day. CJ Grisham, a long time friend and civil rights lawyer sent an intent to sue within a few days. We are hoping to settle this out of court for little to no money, but criminal charges on the heavy set man that attacked me. The city has failed to come to an agreement with us as of yet, so we may end up having to file a law suit. I'll keep you updated, but as many of you know, these things often take years. Real accountability isn't me getting a pay check from the tax payer, it's the criminal being criminally charged and convicted.
