The "Wheelemin" is a homemade instrument using the Axoloti Core Board for sound patching, a cheap plastic flower pot saucer attached to a potentiometer and a stone as interface.
The name "Wheelemin" is a reminiscent to another instrument called "Theremin" which was invented by Leon Theremin 1920 in Russia. The syntheziser pioner Robert Moog rebuilt this instrument 1949 as one of his first synthesizer projects. The latest technology of the Axoloti Core makes the "Wheelemin" very easy to play with.
