Hello everyone! Thank you all for stopping by. In this video I take the Saturn SK487XL to the Econ River waters, camping on one of the river banks. I'll cut to the chase, if it wasn't for the design of this kaboat, I would not have pulled off this trip. The waters were very low this time of year and the combination of a flat-bottom kaboat and the shallow drive feature on my outboard made traversing the river possible. I did however found a spot where I could go no further. Thankfully the spot next to it had a nice little rover bank and firewood near by. I will not spoil all the details and I'll let the video do the rest of the talking.

If by now you have not figured it out, the Hangkai 12hp outboard is a direct clone to the Tohatsu 9.8hp 2-stroke outboard. Due to legalities, Hangkai sells them as a "12hp" outboard but in reality it is a 9.8hp.
