Sailor Saturn's transformation, she never had a real transformation in the anime. But this transformation comes from the game Sega Saturn. First, the Saturn symbol appears spinning. Then she raises her hand as her fingernails light up. (This is relatively similar to Sailor Moon's "Moon Prism Power" and the inner's "Star Power" Then she appears with her eyes closed and swings her head to the right, opens her eyes and spins around to her final pose, with the Silent Grave in her hand.
