City and contractor crews are moving through all Saskatoon neighbourhoods, day and night, shaving down ruts on residential streets with graders. A large amount of snow this season and a fast February melt/freeze, combined with freezing rain, high winds and yo-yo temperatures created a mess for drivers and pedestrians. Crews will improve mobility across Saskatoon over a period of two weeks.
