Rand Water has expressed concern about the extremely low water levels in Gauteng. Water utitltiy has stated that it wants to notify the communities, especially in Gauteng, that water reserves may run out soon if municipalities do not follow their suggestions. Profesor at WITS School of Governance Mike Muller says the municipalities which are supposed to balance water supplies through the day. #dstv403
