Sari Nusseibeh is a Palestinian professor of philosophy and former president of the Al-Quds University in Jerusalem. Until December 2002, he was the representative of the Palestinian National Authority in that city. Often categorized as a moderate, he has advocated a one-state solution: a single, democratic, secular, binational state in which equality before the law, universal suffrage, and full citizenship are guaranteed for all inhabitants, irrespective of their ethnicity or religion.

She is an Associate Professor coordinating the establishment of the Tayarisha African Centre of Excellence in Digital Governance, and hosting the African Civic Tech Innovation Network at the Wits School of Governance.
