The Florida woman accused of suffocating her boyfriend to death is set to appear in court on Thursday for a motions hearing. Sarah Boone allegedly killed Jorge Torres Jr. by zipping him up in a suitcase and leaving him inside to die after a night of drinking at her house in 2020. Boone, who briefly represented herself, retained a new defense attorney after going through eight other attorneys.
