- Over 1000 balconies provided to Wates and John Sisk & Son at the Eastlands development
- Both E01, 02 & 05 are part of the substantial Wembley Park development.
- Wembley Park is an 85-acre development by Quintain comprising of an astounding 8,400 new homes.
- Sapphire provided 444 Cassette balconies to Eastlands E05 alone.
- A further 610 Glide-On balconies were provided to E01 & E02.
- Eastlands E05 also featured precast panels from Techrete which included preinstalled windows.
- Limited space on-site meant offsite manufactured balconies were required.
- Balconies feature both vertical bar and glass balustrading.
- MMC at Eastlands E05 enabled site challenges, due to location to be overcome efficiently.
