This is my first Sankey chart made by Tableau.
Sankey diagrams are a specific type of flow diagram, in which the width of the arrows is shown proportionally to the flow quantity.

The purpose of this video: demonstrate how Sankey chart can be applied for Web Analytic (for example Google Analytics) data visualization in intuitive way.

In this example I connected data between Device type and Traffic source where Impressions was made through.

In this video I demonstrate only the final result of Sankey chart in Tableau with some formulas of measures and dimensions and few basic settings.

For demonstration purposes all data is faked.

Pay attention to fields:
- Page Views Sizing
- Rank1, Rank2,
- Sigmoid curve function (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sigmoid_function)
- toPad
